Keyword Difficulty
The level of competition for that keyword. Some keywords are highly competitive and not worth targeting if your blog is new or small.
Search Trends
As the world enviroment change, so are keywords. Some are evergreen and some are dying keywords( especially in Political and Business world.
These are not shown by a Google search.
