You can use Buzzsumo to find top posts in varous niches, these are the posts thats usually gets the most shares.
Or you can use Ubersuggest Top Posts feature to find top posts from a certain influencer.
The next step is

Write a Bigger and Better post
After you find the posts that are doing well in your niche, its time you write a similar posts.
Note: Your post should be 5x or 10 better than any existing content out there.

Content Promotion

Now it’s time to let people know what you have coming.

That where you do blogger outreach.

Reach out to influencers in your niche and let them know about your amazing post.

How do you reach out to these influencers, through email outreach.

You send out a personalised email to influencers in your niche telling them
