After that, you need to go to Youtube Studio and include channel keywords.
I recommend three, lets say your channel is about Inspirational content.
You could include inspiration, motivation and success.
Thats how you optimize your channel.

An optimized youtube channel can rank when someone searches for a topic in your niche.
This gets you visitors who may visit your channel and view your videos.
Create Youtube Playlists
Playlists are a great way to get more youtube videos. Instead of a viewer watch one video, let him or her watch 5, 10 or 15 videos.
Here’s what you need to do
Find a couple of related videos on your channel.
Next create a playlist for them
Optimize your playlist by creating keyword rich descriptions like what Brian Dean did on his channel.
A lot of people who view a video in your playlist will more likely watch more videos in the playlists getting you more views on your channel.
Promote Videos on Forums
One of my favourite hacks when it comes to getting more views on Youtube are Forums.
Industry forums can be a source of valuable targeted traffic for your youtube channel.
Lets say on Quora someone ask
What is the best Email Marketing software?
And you have written an answer about that and have a video on Youtube that answers that question.
What do you do?
You may say
I have a Youtube video were i review that software, you can check it out here.
Forums are more tolerant to videos than links to your website.
Depending of how many views you get on your answer, you can land a couple of views in no time.
Link to other Videos
You can link to other related videos in the Youtube Description.
If someone loves your content, he or she may read your video description and then finds out of more videos you link to and they click to watch them too.
Copy Youtube Tags from popular Videos
You can find tags of popular videos in your niche by using a tool like Vidiq.
Provided your target keyword is similar to your competitor, your video may show up in the suggested videos bringing you additional views.
Embed Videos on Your Blog
A lot of bloggers are leveraging this Youtube growth tactic to get more views on their videos.
Here’s how its done
First find popular pages on your website.
I use Ubersuggest tool from neilpatel.com its Free
Next i convert that blog content into a Youtube tutorial.
After that i just embed the videos on these pages and get a lot of views.
Why popular pages
These pages brings a lot of traffic to my site, and my embedded videos will get a lot of views and lot of visitors will come to my channel and watch some of my videos.
Encourage People to Subscribe
Encourage people to subscribe and turn on post notifications.
How can subscribing and turning on post notifications help in getting more views.
When someone subscribes to your channel, they are more likely to see your content in their Youtube feed.
Turning on post notifications will enable people to get updates each time you post new video.
As they get notifications, they will click to watch you have on the table.
You get more views as you get more subscribers and more people turning on post notifications.
Promote through email
Send a simple email letting your subscribers know about the video you posted.
Your email subscribers are your most loyal fans and expect a large portion of views if you have a big email list.
